And cooking hasn’t been much on that list. But, I do have a different stuffed mushroom recipe to share.
The tomatoes got knocked around a bit by storms and winds, but I think they’ll come through. The weather is cool now, but supposed to be warming a bit. I’ve probably got at least one more batch of pesto out on the deck. I’ve got some wire baskets to use in the freezer to get some organization going in there. A co-worker brought in a very yummy garlic hummus yesterday. It was super creamy… she used olives in hers… I may just have to try that. I’ll also have to try making my hummus in the new food processor, because I haven’t done that yet. I’ll bet that in and of itself makes mine nice and creamy… Super sharp blades, oooh! 😉
With the coolness, I can feel the shift in our eating habits coming on. More warmy goodness approaching, with less of the wraps and salads. Of course, I’m grabbing some salad fixings today, so we’re not quite there yet. 😉
