Well, it’s been a few days longer than usual since I’ve been here. Mostly because we’ve been eating leftover Super Bowl Sunday fare, and then we had a houseguest. That, and I haven’t been cooking much since the fridge has been pretty darn full.
Above is a ring of Mini Burger patties that D. made last weekend. They were basically ground beef, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and some seasonings. We cooked one batch on the stovetop, but it got a bit smoky, so the last batch went onto the George Foreman grill, which worked out a bit better. We had them on small Hawaiian bread rolls with cheese and condiments. They turned out to be quite a nice size with so much other food to go around also… We also had turkey chili dogs, chips and dip, deviled eggs, artichoke dip, pasta salad and brownies and ice cream. Ended up with lots of leftovers, but we’ve finally gone through it all!
