I got nuttin’. Though I had been eating more nuts as a snack at work… We got two yummy bags for Christmas, full of hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews, walnuts and more! They were very tasty, but unfortunately, they are gone now. I’ve been cutting down on my snacking in general lately. I think probably because I am exercising and doing some yoga on a semi-regular basis. And when I do snack, I tend to want something on the healthier side. So, I’ll call that going in the right direction.
As for meals this week, we’ve been finishing off a batch of macaroni and cheese from Sunday, along with some ham. Nothing super exciting, really. But the macaroni and cheese did turn out very good… the previous batch was too thick. Too much flour I think, as well as too much cheddar (as if there is such a thing!) 😉 Anyway, that’s the scoop here. As for nuts, I’ve got nuttin’. 😉 I’ll have to find some soon… they were good to have on hand.
